Metrolinx has begun to work on the train tracks at night, drilling, pile driving, and other very noisy activities. Residents are reporting noise levels far above what is reasonable or healthy. Metrolinx claims that the work must be done at night to avoid impacting the GO service. This night-time work is expected to continue until March.
We believe this is an unacceptable disturbance to the neighbourhood and want to encourage all parties involved to explore other options.
