Senior Exercise Classes

Would you be interested in a free exercise class just for you and other folks your age? Sign up here.
Classes involve a gentle, full-body routine combining aerobic movement, stretching, strength training, balance with both seated and standing segments — and plenty of good-humoured fun. Participants use small weights and therapy bands. Best of all, you'll be in the company of other seniors.
