Gentle Exercise Classes for Seniors

This event has already taken place.
Gentle exercise classes for folks 55 and older are continuing free of charge. The program is designed to help you stay healthy, active, and mobile.
Classes involve a gentle, full-body routine combining aerobic movement, stretching, strength training, balance with both seated and standing segments — and plenty of good-humoured fun. Participants use small weights and therapy bands (provided).
There are still a few spots left as follows:
  • Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 – 10:45 am beginning on October 6 and running through December 17 at 80 Mill Street, excluding statutory holidays
  • Tuesdays and Thursday from 9 – 9:45 am, beginning on October 7 and running through December 18, at 80 Mill Street, excluding statutory holidays
You may register for one of the exercise class series above. New participants are welcome. As space is limited for the exercise classes, they will be filled on a first come first served basis.
(Note: If you have already registered, there is no need to register again.)
